Gardens, and what usually needs doing
The garden goes with the house. We clear gardens, sheds and greenhouses as part of clearing a property, and that is usually the cheapest way to do it. If the garden is all there is, ring us and we will tell you what we can do.
Overgrown gardens, years of green waste, brambles that have taken a fence, the pile behind the shed that has been there since somebody last did anything about it.
Sheds, greenhouses and old outbuildings come down and go with it. That matters more than it sounds, because a lot of firms will take a garden's worth of green waste and leave the rotten shed standing, which is the part you wanted gone.
Garages, lofts and cellars
The three places everything ends up. Garages full of tins and half a bathroom suite, lofts of boxes nobody has opened since the move, cellars that were dry once.
These are heavy, awkward, dusty jobs and we are set up for them. Our vans hold the equivalent of two large builders skips, which is why a full garage does not usually mean several trips.

A garden, a shed, a greenhouse or a garage on its own. Most of these go with a house or an estate clearance, and that is usually the cheapest way to do it. On their own, ask us. We will tell you what we can do once we know what is there.

Two things we are not set up for, so you know before you ring. We do not take construction waste and we do not do a site strip. That work needs a grab lorry and a machine on site, and we run vans. A field, a plot or an acre of scrub as the whole job is the same answer. Ask anyway and we will point you at somebody who does it.

We do not take single items either. One mattress or one fridge is a job for a man with a van, and they will do it cheaper than we could.
The paperwork, and it is the same as the house work

Green waste and old timber get fly-tipped more than anything else in this trade, and when it happens the paperwork is what says it was not you. The number is on the public register for anybody to check, ours included.
How it is priced
Same three things as the house work. How much there is and what it weighs, how much of it can be reused or recycled rather than tipped.
Garden waste is bulky and light. What comes out of a garage is compact and heavy. They cost different amounts to get rid of even when the pile looks the same size, which is why we would rather come and look than guess from a photograph.
